X-ray diagnosis

Clinical dental surgery often requires taking x-rays in order for an accurate and timely diagnosis of disease to be given. For correct planning of dental treatment there are many imaging techniques of the jaw and facial region. In Dent4All Dental Care clinic, we carry out x-ray techniques using highly sophisticated digital equipment.

Dental Office

We use the leading digital panoramic x-ray unit in the world, the Planmeca ProMax. This imaging system gives great flexibility as far as diagnostic needs are concerned, and emits less radiation compared to other units. With this unsurpassed imaging technology we gain a complete picture of events, increasing the level of satisfaction and care of our patients.

Digital panoramic x-ray unit

The panoramic x-ray depicts, in a single image, the teeth and bone structures of the upper and lower jaw and gives important information on the nose, the sinus, the position of the teeth and gums and bone abnormalities. Its use is also recommended for the design of prostheses, implants and extracts.
A panoramic x-ray can also reveal:

  • Advanced periodontal disease
  • Impacted teeth
  • Dental cysts
  • Temporomandibular disorder
  • Sinusitis
  • Tumors
